Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Spine CRM (the “Service”), operated by Hexbolt Technologies (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

2. The Service

Spine CRM is a web application for managing leads, clients, tasks, appointments, messages and invoices. Some features depend on third-party services — such as Google Calendar, Zoom, WhatsApp and Google Gemini — and are available only when those services are configured and connected. We may add, change or remove features over time.

3. Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• Tell us promptly at hello@hexbolttechnologies.in if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Your data

You own the data you put into the Service. You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to run the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to store the personal information of your customers and for obtaining any consent needed to contact them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• send spam or unsolicited messages, or use WhatsApp messaging in breach of Meta’s policies;
• upload unlawful content, or content that infringes others’ rights;
• try to gain access to workspaces, accounts or systems you are not authorised to use;
• disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service, except as the law allows;
• use the Service to break any applicable law.

6. Third-party services

When you connect a third-party service, your use of it is also subject to that provider’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and you can disconnect them at any time from Settings.

7. Automated extraction

Features such as business card capture use AI to read information. Results can be wrong or incomplete, so review extracted details before relying on them.

8. Fees

Some features or plans may be paid. Prices and billing terms will be shown or agreed before you are charged. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users. You can request an export of your workspace data before it is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify account owners before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
